You are dumb if you don't write.
People who tell good stories have the key to achieve whatever they want.
When I was a kid, people often called me “smart”. But how can that kid be smart if he couldn’t express his thoughts clearly and in a way that got others interested? The truth is, no one will care if you’re saying something brilliant or telling a story if you don’t make it engaging (you might even get interrupted).
Albert Einstein once said:
If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough!
If you are trying to build an online business, like being a content creator, you need to be more than smart - you need to be clear; share your message with clarity to get people’s attention. That is important! Attention is a valuable currency.
Picture that person in your friends group. You know, the one who, when they start speaking, everyone listens in silence. They naturally draw others in… But why?
Why do some people get all the attention while others don’t?
It’s as simple as being kind, confident and telling a good story.
You already know what being kind is, but confident… not everyone understands it:
Confidence isn’t about proving yourself. It’s about being honest with people, staying relaxed, calm and genuine in yourself. It’s the “flow state” in action.
Telling a good story:
If you are the kind of person who opens your mouth to speak bullsh*t, then it’s time to pause. People pay attention to those who speak with clarity. So, avoid the nonsense jokes, keep it clean, and stay in a good vibe!
If it still too complicated, then get your own experiences with people. You’ll notice a huge difference in how you communicate. Risk your self to talk!
So why the heck I need to write?
Writing is about creativity, it’s one of the best ways to train your mind to tell a great story. It helps you develop skills such as organizing the topics, structuring the sentences and registering your ideas!
Start writing:
a daily
your thoughts
a fiction story
your memories
Write and delete, write and keep, write and share. Do whatever feels right, just write.
🧊 Challenge of the week:
For this week I propose you to write two letters for yourself.
One about your childhood.
Another about who you are now.
After writing them, ask yourself:
How have my childhood memories influenced me to be the person I am today?
Write down your reflections. This can help to see what happened to you and how you learned something with each memory to be the person you are today.
And if you feel comfortable, share in the comments section right here what you’ve got! 😉
Create more, stress less.
See you next week,
Goodbye!
