Do this to reach your best version version in 2025
Reach the prime with just one short habit everyday.
When someone reaches their PRIME, it means they’ve become their best version.
Some people say Cristiano Ronaldo reached his PRIME in 2008 when he was playing for Manchester United.
That year, he became the best player in the world. His talent and discipline made him unstoppable. Even Lionel Messi couldn’t compete—just kidding, Messi is amazing too.
Let’s be real: Discipline isn’t easy. It’s like a little bunny in your mind that you need to feed every day to keep it alive. Players like Ronaldo and Messi stayed at the top for almost 15 years because of their discipline. That’s incredible!
But our best version doesn’t depend just from discipline, it needs a good mental health.
2023 was one of the worst years for my mental stability. But even after all of that, in this year (2024) I reached my best version.
How? I focused on one simple habit every day that completely changed my year. I’ll share that habit with you, along with five other things I did to improve my mental health for good.
Plan tomorrow, today.
Before going to bed, I write down my tasks for the next day. It doesn’t need to be perfect—just a simple list to guide me. This helps me start the day focused and knowing exactly what to do and in what order.
Here’s what I wrote for today (Thursday) for example:
It’s not as complicated as it sounds. I recommend writing this down on paper or in an app. I personally use Notion because it’s simple and has a task marker.
This habit completely shifted my mindset toward real discipline.
At first, I didn’t complete every task on my list. But over time, I got obsessed with checking those boxes, and now it’s something I repeat every single day.
What I did to improve my mental health
It’s not enough to just complete tasks—you need to feel good at the end of the day too.
Here are the five things I did to improve my mental health. Maybe they can help you too:
Practice sports
Even if it’s just kicking a ball around or going for a quick run, sports keep your body and mind sharp. It’s the best therapy for stress and laziness.
Afterward, take a good shower and feel how anxiety fades away.
Walk or bike through parks
When I have free time and feel lazy, instead of sitting or lying in bed, I prefer to bike in the park while listening to a good song.
Seriously, being lazy, picking up your phone, and sitting on the couch is the perfect recipe for slowly ruining your mental health. Instead, get up and do something different.
Have contact with nature more often
While cycling in the park, I like to pay attention to the trees and animals. If you live in a big city, it might be harder to find a good place, but there’s always something.
Nature is where humans naturally belong. Listen to the birds, the sound of water, the wind—your mind will thank you.
Limit Instagram to 45 minutes a day
Scrolling for hours? No way. Set a daily limit (every phone has this option) and use your time for things that actually add value to your life. Trust me, it feels so much better.
Talk to cool people and good friends more often
Good vibes come from good conversations. If you’re introverted like me, it’s tough to just go out and meet people. But when you get the chance, try it. You’ll feel the difference.
→ Remember, beating anxiety isn’t easy—it’s a daily fight. But it’s better to go outside, practice sports, or be in nature without noticing a difference than to stay on social media trying to “fill the void” and slowly ruin your mind.
Thanks for reading it! ❤️
